I recently completed a UX/UI analysis for the SharePoint-based intranet of a multinational company specializing in customer experience and contact center solutions.

The intranet serves as a central tool for internal communication, knowledge sharing, and document access across multiple departments and roles, from operational agents to management. The project aimed to assess the platform’s current structure and usability, with a focus on optimizing navigation, clarifying content hierarchy, and aligning the experience with real user needs.
